Annaburg CORDOFLAM is advancement on traditional fireproof products. The combination of precious pure raw materialsresults in an extreme low heat expansion coefficientallowing very high thermal shock changes.

Regular thermal shock tests in the Annaburg laboratories with sudden cooling down from 400°C to 0°C prove the high temperature resistance.

Food from the freezer can be placed for thawing or cooking direct on to electric plates or gas rings. For more efficient heat distribution a flame sieve or Alurondell is recommended.
